BELLEVUE, Wis. (NBC 26) -- Habitat for Humanity is hosting their annual 'Repurpose for a Reason' fund raising event and they're looking for more people to help make auction items for the event.
Organizers say it's simple and easy to get involved by using their "renting" option to turn something old into something new.
How it works is you can borrow an item(up to a $70 value) from the Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity's Restore and refurbish it or decorate it into a new item.
The 'Repurpose for a Reason' event will take virtually this year on November 12th. You will need to register in advance to also bid on items. Registration is $5
