EAA Aviation Museum opens doors to those impacted by school shooting

OSHKOSH, Wis. (NBC26) -- The EAA Aviation Museum is opening its doors for free to those impacted by the shooting at Oshkosh West High School.

All students, families, faculty, staff and members of the Oshkosh Police Department can get in for free admission and use the facility as a safe haven.

Leaders from the museum are offering the free admission through December 8th.

"Our team at EAA is devastated after hearing the news today of the violence at Oshkosh West HIgh School," said Jack Pelton, EAA's CEO and chairman of the board. "Our thoughts and prayers are with the students, their families, the faculty, and the Oshkosh police officers involved in this horrific incident."
