WISCONSIN (NBC 26) -- A drive thru job fair will be held at locations across Wisconsin on July 15, including locations in Green Bay and Oshkosh.

The Fox Valley Workforce Development Board said there are still more than 371,000 unemployed people in Wisconsin and the majority of the state's job centers are closed due to COVID-19.

The Wisconsin Workforce Development Association says job seekers can look for work while safely staying in their cars with its first-ever drive thru job fair.

According to the FVWDB, each car entering the fair will receive a packet of materials listing open roles in their region. Anthony Snyder, CEO of the FVWDB, said their location in Oshkosh has enough packets for 300 cars.

Locations for Northeast Wisconsin include:

Green Bay: Riverside Ballroom Parking Lot: 1560 Main Street

Oshkosh: Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce 120 Jackson Street

The FVWDB said the Oshkosh location will host its fair from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Click here to register and see more locations for the job fair in Wisconsin.

Attendees are asked to remain in their cars and to wear a facemask.
