FOND DU LAC (NBC 26) -- A 49-year-old Oshkosh man was hospitalized and a 70-year-old man was taken into custody Sunday after a shooting in Fond du Lac.
According to police, first responders were called around 6:12 p.m. Sunday to a home on 500 block of East Division Street. Police said the Oshkosh man was shot in the torso. He was first taken to St. Agnes Hospital and then flown to Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee.
A 70-year-old Fond du Lac man was taken into custody. Police said he is currently in Fond du Lac County Jail.
Police said no one else is being sought for this incident. The investigation is ongoing.
