On Monday night, a city is discussing the idea of ordering alcohol online and picking it up curb-side.
This proposal isn’t new. The Green Bay City Council considered it in July, but shot it down in a 9 to 3 vote.
This ordinance would allow licensed businesses to create a “click and collect” program, allowing customers to order alcoholic beverages ahead of time and pick it up curbside.
While the City Council shot this proposal down once, De Pere approved a similar ordinance in September.
