A Green Bay home has an estimated $25,000 in damage after a ceiling fan starts an electrical fire.
Neighbors saw smoke coming from vents on the roof and called 911. It happened on the 1200 block of Vanderbraak Street. around 1 PM.
No one was home at the time and the Green Bay Metro Fire Department was able to get the fire out quickly and kept it contained.
No one was injured and the fire department says a ceiling fan in the dining room is to blame.
