The Brown County Sheriff's Department says it's investigating a possible case of horse abuse on the southeast side of Green Bay.
The owner of the barn tells NBC26 that he saw a man running out of his barn around 9:20 Friday night. He called the owner of the horse who realized the animal had some injuries consistent with abuse.
The barn owner says deputies arrived with a K9 unit, but they could not track down the suspect.
