The Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells is opening back up for guests on May 27, after being closed due to the coronavirus.
The Kalahari is hoping to serve as a getaway for families who have been quarantining inside their homes for the past couple months.
“This time has brought unprecedented challenges, and we want to offer a safe place for families to come together and focus on the fun instead of the worry,” said Travis Nelson, spokesperson, Kalahari Resorts and Conventions. “When you’re ready for a getaway, Kalahari will be open with a vacation experience guests can feel good about.”
Further, the resort is offering guests 20% off summer stays as part of the brand's 20th anniversary. Guests who reserve before June 6, 2020 will receive the 20% discount on overnights between May 27 and Sept. 6.
Because COVID-19 is still top of mind, the Kalahari will continue to ensure safety at their resort by using hospital-grade disinfectants and implementing operational changes that that take social distancing measures into account. For full details on safety measures, click here.
