Green Bay, Wis--Gorgeous weather is getting people out and about this holiday weekend and businesses here in downtown green bay have said they've seen an increase in business this weekend.

"This is the greatest weather...This is great "says Lynn Thrill and Dee Maddem of Oshkosh.

The patios packed and sidewalks filled with people. "Anytime it's nice out here the city deck and our patio is very, very busy" says Kurt Cornell, General Manager of Hagermeister Park.

Hagermeister Park in downtown Green Bay is reaping the rewards of a beautiful holiday weekend with a packed house all nights this weekend.

"With the holiday being on a Monday we kind of didn't know what to expect with people leaving out of town and everything but it's been very, very solid very good" says Cornell.

Across the Fox River Glass Nickel Pizza Company pleasantly surprised with their traffic.

"We weren’t expecting it to be crazy busy, generally on the weekend of the fourth of July people go up north or are out of town we've seen quite a bit of business, delivery, dine in" says Daniel Krause, Glass Nickel Pizza Co.

The gorgeous weather is expected to extend into tonight for the fireworks and businesses along the river are expected to see a packed house for that as well
