Police did not find explosives inside a suspicious package at the Life Church.
De Pere police responded to the area shortly before 3 p.m. Friday on reports of a suspicious package.
Officers say a bomb squad came in and searched the package.
They did not find any explosives.
Police say one person is in custody after the incident.
The area was cleared later Friday afternoon.
