The Green Bay Police Department says an Appleton Police officer 'did nothing wrong' after an external investigation into an officer involved shooting.

Officer Stephanie Wiener was injured during a scuffle with burglary suspect Marcus Felton on May 28th. Wiener was hospitalized with a leg wound and released days later. Felton reportedly shot and injured a good Samaritan before fatally shooting himself.

The Appleton Police Department asked Green Bay Police to investigate the incident.
