A record number of Americans are expected to travel over the 4th of July holiday. With busy roads, Wisconsin State Patrol is reminding drivers to be extra cautious and slow down. "There's less room for people to make mistakes so we definitely want to see less distracted driving keep your phone down," said Trooper Kris Mondloch.
