Hayden Bailey joined NBC26 in March 2026 and covers the Oshkosh neighborhood, which is where he lives and works.
A Wisconsinite all his life, Hayden grew up opposite of Oshkosh across Lake Winnebago in Chilton. Despite his local roots, Hayden loves his favorite football team: the Detroit Lions!
Hayden graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s in journalism. He discovered his love for broadcast news in his last semester.
At home, Hayden is a Catan fanatic. In the Spring, he hunts turkey and, in the Fall, he hunts deer. If Hayden could only eat one food for the rest of his life, he would easily choose pancakes with maple syrup tapped at his parent’s house.
