Burger
½
pound Angus burger
Italian Focaccia bun
2 oz roma tomatoes
1 oz balsamic vinegar
1 tsp fresh basil
2 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
1 tsp balsamic glaze
Dice
tomatoes and mix with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and finely chopped
fresh basil. Cook burger to desired temp. Toast
Italian Focaccia bun. Take the bottom of the bun and place
burger then mozzarella cheese, tomato mixture, drizzle with balsamic
glaze and top with the other half of the bun and enjoy!
