Sesame Seared Tuna

8 oz Tuna Fillets
2 cups sesame seeds
2 tablespoons coarse grind black pepper
½ head nappa cabbage
1 oz blood orange oil
1 oz olive oil
1 small red pepper - julienne
½ cup matchstick carrots

Salt and Pepper to taste

Serve with Wasabi and pickled ginger
