The Green Bay Packers have the 29th pick in the 1st round of the NFL draft on Thursday. That doesn't mean they will make a selection when that pick is officially on the clock, the Packers could choose to trade back into the second round in favor of more picks. It wouldn't make fans happy, but it could be what General Manager Ted Thompson deems as the best option for Green Bay.
