ESPN reports a source close to the situation involving Clay Matthews and Julius Peppers have spoken to the NFL.
I am told the NFL's Peppers/Matthews/Harrison interviews have gone as expected -- no new evidence or allegations have been raised.

League investigators were in Green Bay on Wednesday to talk with the Matthews, Peppers. Steelers linebacker James Harrison was interviewed on Thursday
Players' expectation, as Harrison articulated Wednesday, is to be cleared as publicly as Peyton Manning was on same issue.

The League has been at odds with the players union over the investigation which began after an Al-Jazeera report. Payton Manning was mentioned in the report but was earlier cleared by the NFL.
