If you live in Green Bay, it's obvious almost everyone bleeds green and gold. With population of just over 100,000, people say this isn't an average football town

"9 months out of the year we all come together and have one goal, to get to the super bowl," said Lisa Treichel, Packers Pro Shop Assitant Manager.

Now the whole country is taking notice. The financial  website "Wallet Hub" ranks Green Bay as the best city for football fans beating out cities like New York and Chicago.

Green Bay was up against hundreds of pro and college football towns across the country. The study is based off of ticket prices, fan friendliness, and the number of bars.

Jerry Watson is a life-long packers fan and owns the Stadium View bar.  He says it's the hospitality  that makes this fan base so great.

"They can't believe how well they are treated in Green Bay versus any other town," said Watson

Visitors like Rich Harral from Arkansas. also agree there's no fan base like this one.

"It's just an amazing thing. You know, you got a lot of talent for such a small community, and a small community feel to their stadium," said Harral

It's not just the championships and winning culture that the fans love.

"The whole nature of the team is you know, we've always portrayed a good, All-American team," said Watson.

Even though the team didn't bring home another W, fans have their eyes set on next season.

"Come July one, we're all the same, zero and zero. We're all on the same playing field," said Treichel.
