Pack Wins a Tight Game Against Saints
GREEN BAY, Wis. - The Saints' Garrett Hartley missed a go-ahead 48-yard field goal late in the fourth quarter, and the Packers escaped with a 28-27 win.
Aaron Rodgers led a scoring drive to take the lead with 7 minutes left, culminating in an 11-yard TD pass to Jordy Nelson after the Saints had led for much of the game.
Drew Brees threw for 446 yards for the Saints on 35-of-54 passing. He also tied a record set by Johnny Unitas from 1956-60 of passing for a touchdown in 47 consecutive games. But that wasn't enough to keep New Orleans from falling to 0-4.
