OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, Wis—A 54-year-old Appleton woman has been arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence –4th offense.
The Wisconsin State Patrol was notified by the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office about a driving complaint on northbound I-41 from Oshkosh around 5:10 p.m. on Saturday.
A trooper located the vehicle near Highway 96, and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was then arrested on suspicion of OWI Felony 4th offense.
