For most high school students, seeing a police officer come into your classroom is scary.
But for one Oshkosh North junior Thursday, it was actually the opposite.
School Resource Officer Seaholm came bearing great news for Jerod Falk: he had been chosen for the Wisconsin Special Olympics Swim Team, the department wrote on Facebook.
Jerod was one of just eight athletes selected to compete nationally for the team this year in Seattle, Washington.
