UW-Fox Valley students held a rally Wednesday to voice their concerns over a proposed merger of UW schools.

Students said they felt left out of the process and wanted to see some student input.

The merger would bring together 14 two-year colleges with the 13 UW colleges, affecting 176,000 students.

"The problem is we have little to no information about the merger, so it's really hard for us to develop any kind of opinion," said Dominicka Lewicki, a UW-Fox Valley student. "It could be a good thing, it could be a bad thing, but how can we know if there is no information for us to go off of?"

The UW Board of Regents decides on proposed merger Thursday.
