The Two Rivers Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a man wanted for attempted child luring.

On Saturday, June 24 just after 7 p.m., a 9-year-old boy told police he was walking on Jefferson Street when a silver SUV, similar to a Chevrolet Traverse, pulled up and asked him where he lived, police said.

The boy would not tell the man where he lived, and so he asked the boy to get in the car, according to police.

The driver was described as a younger man around 16-18 years old with dark skin, possibly Hispanic or African American. He was reportedly wearing a Green Bay Packers shirt and a black baseball hat.

The vehicle had a green border around the license plate, rust on the rear wheel wells and possibly a sticker on the back, according to police.

Officers were not able to find any vehicle or person matching that description.

If you have information relating to this, or any other suspicious activity, you're asked to contact the Two Rivers Police Department at (920) 686-7200.
