Two people have non-life threatening injuries after the Kewaunee County Sheriff’s Department says a car hit a utility pole.
This happened around 6:15 P.M. at STH 54 just east of Hillview Road. Deputies say a 1996 Ford Ranger driven by a 36-year-old woman from Algoma left the road because of snow and hit the utility pole. Both the driver and passenger were transported by Luxemburg Rescue to a medical facility in Green Bay with non-life threatening injuries.
Due to the accident, STH 54 from Hillview Road to CTH H is closed and will remain closed until further notice as WPS repairs the utility pole.
The accident remains under investigation by the Kewaunee County Sheriff’s Department.
