GREEN BAY - Rain storms traveling through Northeast Wisconsin Wednesday morning caused thousands of customers to lose power.
At 3:30 a.m. Wednesday more than 2000 people were without power. Most of those outages in Manitowoc and Brown counties.
Heavy rain showers are expected Wednesday morning with spotty showers throughout the day.
