Green Bay Police say they continue to investigate the disturbance and volatile chemicals incident on Redwood Drive.

Police say they are working to finish classification of the chemical materials officers encountered inside the residence on Redwood.

While searching on Friday, police say they found "a female party" in the residence and took her to the hospital for medical evaluation. She will be interviewed as a possible person of interest in this case.

Police say this is an ongoing investigation and as such limited information will be released at this time. Police believe the situation is stable and there is no immediate danger to the public at this time, however police say they will continue to take every precaution as they classify the chemicals, and render any volatile chemicals inert utilizing industry standard best practices. This is a process that will take time to ensure that chemicals are safely handled and properly identified.

Captain Muraski from the Green Bay Police Department will be available for a brief media statement in the church parking lot at the intersection of 12th and Redwood at 2:30 pm.
