Richard Arrington has turned himself in to the Green Bay Police. He surrendered to police just before 6:30 Friday evening. He will be taken to the Brown County Jail and charges will be referred to the Brown County District Attorney Office for 1st degree intentional homicide.
Arrington was wanted in connection with the shooting death of 25-year-old Ricardo Gomez on Day Street April 2nd.
Police are still looking for Devin Landrum in connection with the killing.
Police will release more information on Monday.
