A citizen's complaint against Neenah Police Chief Kevin Wilkinson has been dropped. The owner of Eagle Nation Cycles, Steven Erato says he doesn't believe that he'd get a fair hearing and believes the police would be protected. He maintains his belief that his partner Michael Funk was murdered by the force. The police maintain they mistook Michael Funk for a hostage taker, because he was carrying a handgun.
A lawsuit against the Neenah police department in connection with a hostage situation has been dropped.
