Green Bay Packers cornerback Sam Shields says his time with the team has ended.
Shields made the announcement on his Instagram account Wednesday morning.

No official word from the Green Bay Packers on Shields' being released.
Shields suffered his fifth career concussion during week 1 of the 2016 season.
