The Oshkosh Police Department is asking the public for information on the whereabouts of a man who is the suspect in a Wal-Mart theft, and also wanted on a probation warrant.
Michael Ryan Fisher, 32, is 5'9' and 170 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is believed to be in the Oshkosh area.
