Oshkosh police arrest flasher

The Oshkosh Police Department has identified a 22-year-old Oshkosh man who was driving his vehicle around the community exposing himself to several females.

The man would pull up next to females who were out walking and ask for directions, according to police. When these females approached the vehicle, the man would expose himself to the females. These incidents occurred in various locations throughout the city between 10:15 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Monday.

The Oshkosh Police Department is continuing to investigate these incidents and attempting to locate any additional victims who may have had contact with the man.
