One woman has died and two other people were injured after a man allegedly drove the wrong way and caused a head-on crash in Dodge County Sunday.

Just after 11 a.m. on September 17, the Dodge County Sheriff's Office responded to a crash on STH 60 near Jefferson Road in Rubicon.

Investigators found that Robert Underwood, 46, of Horicon, was driving the wrong way in the westbound lane on STH 60 and crashed into a car with two people driving the right way, deputies said.

Beverly Vincent, 64, of Iron Ridge was in the other car and pronounced dead at the scene, according to deputies. Her passenger, Bryan Vincent, 65, of Iron Ridge, suffered life-threatening injuries and was flown to Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee.

Underwood suffered non-life threatening injuries and was brought to Hartford Hospital.

The crash is still under investigation. Deputies have not said if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
