The De Pere City Planning Commission was scheduled to hear a presentation tonight from the River Watch Development Group for a seven story multi-use building in downtown East De Pere.
The proposed building would feature a parking garage and condos with river views.
Unfortunately, the presentation was not made because the planning commission didn't have a quorum of members available.
