Mother arrested for supplying heroin

On Wednesday, Ashwaubenon Public Safety responded to an address on Viking Drive in Ashwaubenon for a man who had overdosed on heroin.

The heroin antidote Naloxone was administered to the man and he was successfully resuscitated.

Further investigation revealed that 53-year-old Elizabeth Woods, the victim’s mother, allegedly supplied the heroin to the man and another woman in the residence.

A search of the residence uncovered numerous items of drug paraphernalia along with heroin, marijuana, methamphetamine and prescription drugs.

Woods was jailed with requested charges of first degree reckless injury, possession of heroin, keeper of a drug house, manufacturing/delivery of heroin and felony bail jumping.

Chelsea Petts, 22, was jailed with requested charges of possession of heroin, possession with intent to abuse a hazardous substance, keeper of a drug house and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicholas Hermes, 22, was jailed with requested charges of possession of heroin, possession with intent to abuse a hazardous substance, keeper of a drug house and possession of drug paraphernalia.
