Brown County judge Timothy Hinkfuss has sentenced Richard Arrington, 22, of Milwaukee to life in prison with parole after 35 years, in front of a packed courtroom Friday.
The Judge said he believed Arrington to be a very damaged individual.

The victims mother gave a tearful plea for justice for her son and that no one would never suffer the same fate.
A jury found Richard Arrington guilty of first degree intentional homicide and possession of a firearm by convicted out-of-state felon in court on November 6th in Green Bay last year.
Arrington was charged with shooting and killing 25-year-old Ricardo Gomez on Day Street in April 2016.
Officers searched for Arrington and another man, Devin Landrum, in the days after the shooting. Arrington eventually turned himself in.
