Fond du Lac police are looking for a Chicago man accused of sending heroin to his girlfriend who's serving time at Taycheedah Correctional Institution.

Police say the man put heroin under the stamps on letters he sent to the 30-year-old inmate. A police report says the letters would arrive from a man called Bill Ramsey. When the inmate told her boyfriend she'd been getting letters from someone she didn't know, he told her to look under the stamp.

She received five subsequent letters. In a recorded phone call, the inmate told her boyfriend to tell Bill thanks for writing.
