A special celebration is held to celebrate farming in Northeast Wisconsin.
St. Edward Parish in Mackville was just one of several dioceses across the country that celebrated Rural Life Day Thursday.
It's a day dedicated to recognizing the hard work of those who care for the land.
Some of the festivities included the blessing of the soil, seeds, and animals all in hopes of a bountiful harvest.
