GREEN BAY - Children at St. Vincent Hospital got a surprise visit from some men in uniform Wednesday morning.

Officers with the Green Bay Police Department stopped by to deliver teddy bears to kids in the pediatric wing. Some of the bears were purchased by the officers themselves, while others were donated by Build-a-Bear.

"It's humbling to come here. To see the different side of life. It brings you back down to earth and puts a lot of things in perspective," says Officer Scott Salzman.

The teddy bear giveaway first started six years ago, and officers say they plan to continue doing it for years to come.
