GREEN BAY, WI – The Green Bay Packer's Foundation is seeking applications for its annual grant program. The application period is open until July 1, 2013.
The grant recipients will be announced in December.
Last year the Foundation awarded $450,000 to 145 civic and charitable groups throughout the state. They’ve distributed more than $3 million for charitable purposes since it was established in 1986.
