STURGEON BAY-- The Bayview Bridge on Highway 42 in Sturgeon Bay is getting some much needed upgrades. The DOT is giving the 35-year-old bridge $4.8 million worth of upgrades. Work is expected to last about 4 months.
The bridge has long been traveled by tourists headed to Door County, and its closure is creating some new opportunities for the city.
