Green Bay, Wis. -- A downtown Green Bay bar will voluntarily surrender its liquor license. The city says it has been gathering complaints against Liquid 8 for the past three years including two stabbing incidents. The city and the bar owner reached an agreement Wednesday to give up the license before the end of May.
