The State of Brown County
The Brown County Executive delivers his second State of the County address.
Troy Streckenbach's speech Thursday night focused on creating jobs, lowering the county's debt, and vowing to freeze property taxes for another 2 years.
He also wants to merge the Brown County central library and Neville Public Museum to create a cultural campus, attracting more people downtown.
Streckenbach says he already got a quote on the cost of the proposed merger, from Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt.
