City Hall Clothing Drive
GREEN BAY - Workers at Green Bay City Hall are asking for your help reaching out to those in need in our community.
They're teaming up with the Caring Closet and the United Way by hosting a new clothing drop-off location. People are asked to bring their gently-used shoes and clothes to City Hall this weekend.
"This time of year is especially challenging because of the cold weather," said Green Bay Alderman Brian Danzinger. "Again, a lot of these individuals or a lot of these people we're trying to help may not have some of the basic winter needs or winter clothing needs that they probably should have here in Wisconsin."
Volunteers say clothing donations have been down all throughout Green Bay, and that every little bit helps.
