SHERWOOD-- Last week's wind storms with gusts of up to 60 miles per hours wreaked havoc on Lake Winnebago’s ice. A local expert took a flight over the lake Thursday to see just how bad it is.

Don Herman of the Otter Street Fishing Club says the crack stretches nearly 30 miles, from Fond du Lac to Neenah. It ranges in width between 15 and 200 feet.
