Preparing for the Cold
With temperatures hovering close to zero and below Wisconsin state patrol says it's important to make sure your car is equipped with the right materials to handle the cold, should something happen to you on the road.
Mechanics have a few tips, they say make sure to always have a set of jumper cables in your car and also have an emergency snow shovel in your car in case you have to dig yourself out of the ditch.
And if your car does break down in the cold stay within your vehicle and call 911 and try to give them your most accurate location.
