NEW HOLSTEIN-- An apartment fire that killed a New Holstein woman is being ruled accidental.
Firefighters say it started in the kitchen of a downstairs apartment. Six fire departments struggled to put it out.
42-year-old Nicole Masucci died in the Friday morning blaze. She is being is remembered as a hero for helping to save others.
Her former neighbor called 911 after the fire quickly spread in the kitchen of her downstairs apartment.
