Man Arrested for 6th OWI
WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WI – An Oshkosh man has been arrested for his 6th OWI offense. Wisconsin State Patrol says Richard Terran, 33, from Oshkosh was arrested Saturday morning around 8:00 a.m.
A Wisconsin State Patrol trooper responded to a reckless driving complaint on Hwy 41. The vehicle exited into the city of Oshkosh and was stopped on Witzel Ave. The driver was arrested for a 6th offense OWI.
The Wisconsin State Patrol was assisted by the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Dept. and Oshkosh Police Department.
