Fire Displaces Family
APPLETON, WI -- A family is out of their home today, after an early-morning fire.
The fire happened around 3:45 a.m. Saturday, in the 1100 block of West Weiland Lane in Appleton.
The fire started in the basement, but there was also smoke on the first floor of the home.
The fire was put, and no one was hurt. Residents are staying with family members.
The cause is still under investigation, and no estimates on damages.
