GREEN BAY, WI -- The search is on for the 15th member of the Packers Fan Hall of Fame.
Fans are asked to nominate themselves, a relative, or a friend for the honor. Each nomination should include a photo.
The deadline is December 21st.

Voting for the 10 finalists begins in January.
