A man charged with shooting his brother-in-law on Christmas Eve last year has been found competent to stand trial.

 
Christopher Andreas is accused of shooting Christopher Garland last year in the Town of Clayton, near Oshkosh.
 
Andreas was found incompetent to stand trial, but after recieving treatment, a Winnebago County judge has ruled he can now stand trial on charges, including attempted murder.
 
He'll be in court on November 26th.
